Keep visualization title spaces on webplayer

Multiple spaces on visualization title or description are removed when shown in webplayer but not in client. This is because consecutive whitespace characters from collapsing into a single space in html. To prevent this, we need non-breaking spaces.

To add a non-breaking space, press and hold [alt] key and type the number 255 on the keypad or copy the text below

Use the properties dialog (not just change the title directly because it does not work)
